A website provided by the wedding venue for their newlyweds to be able to share and receive their wedding pictures taken by everyone at the wedding.
Introduction
A responsive website designed to enhance the wedding experience for both hosts and their guests. In the modern age of social sharing and digital connectivity, capturing and sharing cherished moments from social events has become an integral part of the celebration. However, the process of collecting, organizing, and sharing photos from weddings can often be tedious. To address this challenge, I designed a user-centric solution tailored specifically for event venues to offer to their clients. A website that can be personalized with messages, colors and pictures that the newlyweds want to share with their guests.
Problem
The traditional method of collecting and sharing wedding photos often involves a disjointed and time-consuming process. Guests capture precious moments on their smartphones or cameras, but sharing these photos with the hosts and fellow guests can be challenging. Email exchanges, USB drives, and social media uploads can result in scattered collections of photos, making it difficult for newlyweds to curate and preserve their wedding memories. Additionally, privacy concerns and the desire for a centralized platform for photo sharing further complicate the process.
Goal
The goal of this UX case study is to create a seamless and intuitive platform that simplifies the process of collecting, organizing, and sharing wedding photos. By providing event venues with a user-friendly website, I aim to enhance the overall the social experience for venue owners, host and guests. The goal is to streamline photo sharing, foster community engagement, and create a centralized hub where hosts can relive their special day through the collective memories captured by their guests. Through thoughtful design and user-focused features, we seek to personalize the way event photos are shared and cherished.

Key pain points
Inconvenient Photo Sharing Methods
Traditional methods of photo sharing, such as emailing or texting photos to the newlyweds or hosts, can be cumbersome and time-consuming, especially if guests have to manually send photos to multiple recipients.
Disorganized Photo Collections
Newlyweds or host often receive photos from guests through various channels, resulting in disorganized collections that are difficult to manage, curate, and preserve for future enjoyment.
Limited Engagement Opportunities
Guests may feel disconnected from the wedding/event experience if they are unable to easily share and view photos with other attendees, leading to a lack of engagement and participation in post-wedding festivities.
Lack of Personalization
Generic photo sharing platforms may lack personalized features that cater to the unique preferences and needs of wedding/event attendees, such as options for tagging, organizing, and reminiscing about specific moments from the event.
